UNTIL……..
We would have guests scheduling online for a color all over, only to have them come in and realize that they scheduled the wrong service. They either needed a balayage, double process, or they had black box color and wanted to be a level 10, etc.
It cost us a lot of time and money, when we had scheduled a 2 hour appointment, only to realize after the client came in, we needed 3 or 4 hours. So we would have to reschedule the client on a different day, and the stylist would now have a 2 hour last minute open spot on their books, with nothing to do. Some of these rescheduled clients would not return for their appointment because they would find a salon that had openings and were able to take them right away.
